Breaking Ground on a New Office Building

New office breaking ground

Zeochem is excited to announce the construction of a new office building in Louisville, KY, USA. When completed, the 15,000 square-foot building will house offices, meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art QC laboratory and R&D center. Koetter Construction, based out of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, officially broke ground in June 2021. The project is being overseen by Jackie Rust-Schmidt, Zeochem’s Director of Plant Operations. When completed, Zeochem will be vacating their Hill Street office, where they had rented space since 1997.

The new office will enable Zeochem to be more productive and responsive as the company continues to grow in the molecular sieve markets.

“This investment strengthens our company by bringing all our teams together under one roof, alongside our manufacturing plant,” said Robert Gray, President & GM of Zeochem LLC. “ The synergy from improved communications combined with state-of-the-art R&D and QC facilities will allow us to further improve our products and services requested by our customers.”

The building is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2022 and will be located at 1380 S. 12th St., Louisville, KY.
