Zeochem, the chemistry division of the CPH Group, acquires Sorbead India and Swambe Chemicals. With the purchase of the Indian distributor of molecular sieves and packaging materials as well as the producer of chromatography gels, the CPH Group is continuing its expansion strategy. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024.
In acquiring Sorbead India and Swambe Chemicals, the chemistry division is gaining its own presence in the Indian chemicals and pharmaceuticals markets and expanding its product range. With its geographical location and product portfolio, Sorbead India and Swambe Chemicals excellently complement Zeochem’s global activities.
