The transaction was completed yesterday evening, meeting the anticipated timeline and marking a significant step forward in Zeochem’s global growth strategy.
SiliCycle’s integration into Zeochem further strengthens our position in high-growth life science markets and expands our product portfolio with a complementary range of derivatized chromatography gels widely used in pharmaceutical and laboratory applications.
